Who we are

City Line Strategic Solutions LLC buys houses in Hudson County for its own account. We're not a brokerage, and we're not affiliated with any lender, court, or the Sheriff's Office. Our office is at 35 Journal Square, Suite 4003, in Jersey City.

We focus on one county on purpose. Hudson County's housing is its own world: dense two- to four-family homes, older buildings, local rent rules, and a sheriff's sale process that runs out of Newark Avenue. Knowing the area well means clearer offers and fewer surprises.

Brandon Williams is your first point of contact. He answers calls and texts at (201) 589-1425, gathers the details about your property, and schedules the next steps. Our acquisitions team reviews every property and presents offers.

How we make offers

We start with recent sales of similar homes nearby to estimate what the house would sell for after repairs. Then we subtract the cost of repairs, our costs to buy, hold, and resell, and a margin for the risk of buying as-is. We share that math with you in writing, so you can compare it to listing or keeping the house.
